WB121 is a functional anionic hydroxyl water-based acrylic emulsion with a hydroxyl value of 1.6. It has the advantages of fast hardness establishment at early stage, excellent permeability before and after cure, favorable hardness, good water and solvent resistance, outstanding adhesion to substrate and paint film surface.
